Event Photographer London Party Photography. I first met Amanda at one of her friend’s birthday parties I was photographing… It’s a great feeling when someone approaches you and knows who you are without you saying a word!!! That’s exactly how I met Amanda… She told me that I was going to be photographing her party! Then, after a brief chat, I discovered that we had actually been speaking over email… so it was great to put a face to a name.

 A Night at the Oscars

There was a simple brief… “A Night at the Oscars”, so as you can imagine… there were Limousines, a red carpet arrival, Oscar awards and of course very glamorous guests!!!

Once the guests started arriving I was right there to capture all of the arrivals. It was a very, very cold night but that did not seem to bother any of the guests – they were all excited and ready for photographs. Once all the guests were inside they were treated to a champagne reception – which went down well as you can imagine.

Award Time…

As the night progressed the guests were seated and it was time for the “Oscar Awards”. I really did have a good laugh during the awards… It was a very funny ceremony in which most of the guests received awards… Some of the awards included “Best Male Dancer”, “Best Supporting Role” and “Best Face Plant”. The awards were based around Amanda’s life which included all her friends and family.

I would like to thank Amanda for asking me to photograph her fantastic birthday party… It was a real privilege.
