London Event Photographer Party Photography
London Event Photographer Party Photography. I received a call from Georgie the event planner from Ethereal Events. Georgie was planning an 18th birthday party for her client. The great thing was that unbeknown to me, Lucy the client had specifically requested me… She had been looking online for a photographer and she liked my style of photography so this was a massive compliment.
Lucy was having a marquee in her garden to host the party… and boy was it an amazing marquee!!! For starters it was beautifully decorated and put together by Georgie – everything was just right. The lighting was great and to top it off the event staff were absolutely amazing.
Party time…
When I arrived at the party the marquee was empty so I took the opportunity to get some shots of the marquee and decorations… then all of a sudden there was an explosion of energy as Lucy and her closest friends burst into the marquee! You could tell straight away that Lucy and her friends were super excited and were very eager to have their photostaken – which was great for me. Sometimes people get shy or embarrassed in front of the camera… however this was not the case for Lucy and her friends.
The music was absolutely awesome and was provided by Paul from Spectrum Disco . Not only did Paul provide awesome music he also took some video clips and as if that was not enough he also provided a playlist from the night on his blog.
Thank you!
I would like to say a special thank you to Lucy for booking me and also congratulations on your birthday. I would also like to mention Georgie for doing an outstanding job and for being a real pleasure to deal with.
